Quandary View Lodge is 4,000 sq ft custom home with 5 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths (Sleeps 12 – 14 adults comfortably). Located just a short 10 minutes from downtown Breckenridge, offering the seclusion of a true mountain getaway. The home is located at 39 Degrees North Longitude, on the lower slopes of Red Mountain with an awesome view of Quandary Peak.
The large great room, with 25' ceiling, features a wall of windows framing Quandary Peak and a beautiful 2-way fireplace. A top the fireplace is a 42” flat screen HD TV with cable so you won’t miss that important game or favorite TV show. There is also a DVD player so you can watch movies and/or entertain the kids.
The expansive deck offers unbelievable views of Quandary from the comfort of the 7 person hot tub and is the perfect place to enjoy the sunset. After the sun sets, you will be truly amazed by the star lit sky.
The house is finished with bamboo floors, granite, travertine, and slate. You will also notice outstanding finish details including wood beams, designer lighting and custom hand rails to name a few.
The gourmet kitchen, finished with granite countertops, includes a full set of Bosch appliances, toaster oven, coffee maker and coffee grinder. The island includes the cook top with downdraft and seating for 3.
The huge main floor master suite comes complete with a jetted tub, travertine shower with dual shower heads and 4 body sprays and dual sinks. There is a king bed, fireplace and TV as well to ease you into a sound slumber.
Upstairs you will find 2 more master suites, one with a king bed and 5 piece bath and the other with a queen bed and 3 piece bath.
The garden level has 2 bunk rooms, 1 full bath, family room with flat screen HD TV and DVD player, card table and ping pong table. The bunk rooms each have 2 full over full bunk beds that sleep 8 adults (16 if you double-up) comfortably or as many kids as you want to put in each.
GREAT FOR A MULTI FAMILIY GETAWAY - With the 3 master suites and the bunk rooms downstairs, this really is an ideal home for up to three families to get together for that once in a lifetime trip. Parents each have the privacy of their own bedroom and bath, while the kids have their own communal space in the bunk rooms with the bath and living area just steps away.
Note: Four wheel drive is always recommended in and around Breckenridge and for gaining access to this home. This home does have cable TV, a land line telephone and cell phone coverage.
