Check-In InstructionsSome SkyRun properties allow for direct check-in at your property. Your check-in instructions emailed 7 days prior to your arrival will indicate whether you can proceed direct to your property or if you are required to check-in at our Breckenridge office. If you are required to check-in at the SkyRun office, please follow the directions below.
Please check-in at the SkyRun Breckenridge Office at 118 S. Ridge St., Unit #4 to pick up your check-in packet and sign the rental agreement. The office is open from 9am-6pm MST daily. To pick up packets after hours, please see the special instructions below. Due to cleaning, maintenance and inspection schedules, early check-ins are NOT permitted unless coordinated directly with the SkyRun Breckenridge office on the day of check-in. Please be aware that parking on Ridge St. is limited and is pay parking (the first 15 minutes is free). To avoid a ticket you must input your license plate number at the small black kiosk on the sidewalk just north of the SkyRun Breckenridge building. See information on metered parking in Breckenridge.
Late Arrival Instructions
Please notify the SkyRun office if you will be arriving after business hours. For guests that are arriving after business hours, your packet and rental agreement are located in our After-Hours box to the right of the front door. The 4-digit combination is located in your check-in instructions email that you received. Your arrival packet and rental agreement is located inside an envelope with the primary guest's name and property. Ensure that you sign the rental agreement and leave in the drop box located to the right of the after-hours box or return the agreement to the office the following day. Please do not forget to close the after-hours box by turning the dial counterclockwise.
