Check-In InstructionsYour check-in instructions are emailed 7 days prior to your arrival and will include information on your checkin. Most rentals are eligible for SkyRun Direct, which means you will be able to proceed directly to your rental without an office checkin. Guests will be notified on your day of arrival via text and email when your property is ready.
Your reservation confirmation and check-in instructions email will indicate your check-in type:
For SkyRun Direct check-in properties, guests will receive a text and email on the day of your arrival once your property is ready. Your text and email will have your access codes. You may proceed directly to your rental property after you've received your access codes.
For properties requiring complex check-in/key pickup, guests will receive a text and email on your day of arrival once you property is ready. Your text and email will contain information on where to check-in or pick up your keys. You may proceed directly to the location indicated in your email/text once you receive notification that your property is ready.
SkyRun Office Check-In
If your rental requires check-in at the SkyRun office, please proceed to check-in at the SkyRun Breckenridge Office at 118 S. Ridge St., Unit #4 to pick up your check-in packet and sign the rental agreement (Open Daily 9:00am-5:30pm MST). To pick up packets after hours, please see the special instructions below. Please be aware that parking on Ridge St. is limited and to avoid a ticket you must input your license plate number at the small black kiosk on the sidewalk just north of the SkyRun Breckenridge building (the first 15 minutes is free). Due to cleaning, maintenance and inspection schedules, early check-ins are NOT permitted unless coordinated directly with the SkyRun Breckenridge office on the day of check-in.
Late Arrival Instructions (applies only to SkyRun office check-in)
Please notify the SkyRun office if you will be arriving after business hours. For guests that are arriving after business hours, your packet and rental agreement are located in our After-Hours box to the right of the front door. The 4-digit combination is located in your check-in instructions email that you received. Your arrival packet and rental agreement are located inside an envelope with the primary guest's name and property. Ensure that you sign the rental agreement and leave in the drop box located to the right of the after-hours box or return the agreement to the office the following day. Please do not forget to close the after-hours box by turning the dial counterclockwise.
