The main level features a king master suite with amazing mountain views, porch, ensuite 5-piece bath with jetted tub, fireplace and a flat screen TV. There is a second king master suite with an ensuite 3/4 bath and flat screen TV. The third bedroom features a queen bed, flat screen TV, and access to a shared bathroom. The upper level has 2 bedrooms. The first is a queen bedroom with an ensuite 3/4 bath, flat screen TV, and expansive mountain views. The fifth bedroom has a queen bed and 3 twin XL beds, a flat screen TV and access to a shared bathroom. There is also an additional 6th bedroom that doubles as the media room with a queen murphy bed. This room may be closed off for privacy.
Situated in the heart of ski country, you'll find the Breckenridge ski lifts only 10 minutes away. Copper Mountain, Keystone, Vail, A-Basin and Loveland ski resorts are all within a short drive. In the summer, you can be in the clubhouse of the 27-hole Breckenridge Golf Club in just a few minutes. There are also numerous nearby hiking and mountain biking trails, including a trailhead to the famous Colorado Trail less than a mile from the house. Go white water rafting, explore an abandoned gold mine, zoom down a zip line suspended over 50 feet in the air, or stroll down the streets of town, where a multitude of quaint shops and restaurants are guaranteed to please.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

CENTRALLY LOCATED: Breckenridge, CO is centrally located and provides our guests a drivable family vacation opportunity or a short flight into Denver.
POOLS/HOT TUBS: All private hot tubs are open. Shared pools/hot tubs plan to be open for the winter season, but many require reservations. Due to COVID, shared pools/hot tubs may close due to local and state restrictions
