Tucked away in the forest, just a 10-minute drive from Main Street Breckenridge and 10-minute drive to Breckenridge Ski Resort, this distinctive property has Pennsylvania Creek flowing through the large backyard with an expansive multi-level wrap-around deck. Enjoy the private hot tub, outdoor dining area, and multiple outdoor seating areas with comfortable patio furniture to the sounds of the creek flowing under your feet.

Three fireplaces add to its cozy feel, and the large windows in the multiple living areas provide plenty of natural light and views of the surrounding lodgepole pine forest. The living areas also provide an intimate gathering place for your group with comfortable and modern furnishings for relaxation and conversation. Enjoy the huge LCD TV in the main living area, or shoot some pool on the pool table in the neighboring bar area.

The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and everything the chef in your group will need to whip up great mountain meals. A long dining table with seating for 10 is set under floor to ceiling windows in the dining room, and a separate dining table in the den provides seating for an additional 4 people. The gas grill and patio furniture on the wrap-around deck provide a perfect place to enjoy a BBQ or just soak in the beauty of the Colorado Rockies.
The home features 2 master suites with king beds, TVs, and ensuite baths. The first king master suite is truly a site to behold with a huge private bath featuring a soaking tub and walk-in tile shower, a gas fireplace, LCD TV and rustic French doors that open to the balcony overlooking Pennsylvania Creek; it’s great to fall asleep to the sound of the creek. Another king suite with a private bath make this home perfect for two families to share.

The third bedroom is located on the upper level with a queen bed. The fourth bedroom, also on the upper level has a queen bed. There is an upper-level hall bath as well. The fifth and sixth bedrooms are both upper-level bunk rooms on the west side of the home, each with twin over twin bunks and twin trundle beds.

This property is pet friendly. Guest may bring 1-2 small dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. A pet fee will be assessed after booking totaling $25 per night per pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional charges. The pet fee is used for additional cleaning required on departure and does not cover damaged caused by pets. The guest will be responsible for any damages or stains caused by a pet including damage caused by chewing, scratching, or accidents. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning.
This beautiful property is situated 10 minutes south of Breckenridge off of Route 9 and is just 10 minutes from Main Street.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
