NEW PROPERTY! Welcome to Fireside Villa! This amazing duplex is situated on Baldy Mountain with expansive ski area views. This four-bedroom home includes 2 separate living areas. The main level features vaulted-ceilings, a large flat screen TV, a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, and views of the ski area. The kitchen is well equipped with a double oven, stainless steel appliances, wine fridge, and granite countertops. Perfect for cooking large family meals. Immediately off the living room is a deck with a view of Breckenridge and a gas grill. The dining room has seating for 8 plus 3 at the bar. The lower level features a living area with a large screen TV, a gas fireplace, and ample comfy seating to unwind at the end of an adventurous day. The hot tub is located just off the back patio and offers a private mountain experience with seating.
This home has a queen master suite with a flatscreen TV, ensuite bath, walk-in-closet, and access to the hot tub on the main level. There is also a powder room and full-sized washer dryer on this level. On the upper level there is a second master bedroom features a king bed with a flat screen TV, gas fireplace, walk-in-closet, an ensuite bath, and incredible views of Breckenridge. The third bedroom has a queen bed and the forth bedroom has a twin-over-full bunk bed. There is a third full bathroom on the upper level. On the lower level of the home includes a fourth bathroom full bathroom with access to a dry sauna.

This property is pet friendly. Guest may bring 1-2 small dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. A pet fee will be assessed after booking totaling $25 per night per pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional charges. The pet fee is used for additional cleaning required on departure and does not cover damaged caused by pets. The guest will be responsible for any damages or stains caused by a pet including damage caused by chewing, scratching, or accidents. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning.

This home is located 10 minutes from Main Street Breckenridge accessible via car or free town bus. The Gold Point shuttle stop is a 10 minute walk and is located close to the corner of N. Fuller Placer and Baldy Road. There is also pay parking at the ice rink lot on the corner of Boreas Pass Road and Main Street. The free shuttle can take you from there to the Peak 9 base or Beaver Run.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

POOLS/HOT TUBS: All private hot tubs are open. Shared pools/hot tubs plan to be open for the winter season, but many require reservations. Due to COVID, shared pools/hot tubs may close due to local and state restrictions

What To Be Aware Of

  • Although you can't walk to the slopes or town, you can catch the free shuttle that is a 5-10 minute walk from the house, or its only a 10 minute drive
  • The property sits at 10,000 feet, but the views are amazing
  • This area can get significant snowfall in the winter. We plowed and shovel this home for easy access but vehicles with 4WD/AWD are required
