POOLS/HOT TUBS: All private hot tubs are open. Shared pools/hot tubs plan to be open for the winter season, but many require reservations. Due to COVID, shared pools/hot tubs may close due to local and state restrictions.

NEW PROPERTY! This luxury 3 bed/3 bath unit is conveniently located Main Street just a short walk to the lifts, restaurants, bars and shops and on the free town shuttle route (stops just steps away from your front door). Enjoy cool evening in front of the cozy gas fireplace while taking in the mountain views. High ceilings and multiple suites make this condo a great rental for families and groups of up to 10. The spacious living area has comfortable furnishings that are great for gathering around the gas fireplace after a long day of skiing, hiking, biking, or walking around Historic Main Street. Guests also have the convenience of a private and heated oversized 1-car garage and a private washer and dryer. Large windows let in ample natural light and provide beautiful views of the peaks. The full kitchen has plenty of room perfect for preparing family meals with room for up to 8 people at the dining table and another 3 seats at the kitchen counter.

You’ll also enjoy two shared hot tubs adjacent to the unit, with another 6 hot tubs and a heated outdoor pool available at the Pioneer Club (amenities described below)
 
This home has a king master bedroom with and ensuite 5-piece bath and TV. The second bedroom features a queen bed, ensuite bath and TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin-over-twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), ensuite bath and TV. There are additional accommodations for 2 with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

THE PIONEER CLUB
Access to The Pioneer Club through Main Street Station (located directly across the street) offers excellent amenities including a fitness club, heated outdoor pool, and hot tub access. It also includes a ski valet (ski/board equipment is stored and boots dried) during guest stay.

GETTING AROUND:
Main Street Junction is located in the historic district across the street form the Peak 9 base area and the Quicksilver Lift. The lifts and town are only a 5 minute walk. There is also a free shuttle stop on Main Street directly in front of the complex.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
