Park your car and enjoy this 2-bedroom 2-bathroom townhome in one of the most desirable locations of Breckenridge. This perfect in-town location is walking distance from shops, restaurants, and nightlife and only 25 yards to the free shuttle stop that takes you to Peak 8 or a short 2 block walk to the gondola or to the heart of downtown Breckenridge. After a day on the slopes, ski-in on the SkiWay or 4 O'Clock and then enjoy a shared outdoor hot tub just across from the unit. The living room is spacious and has a flat screen TV and gas fireplace and a private deck. The kitchen is well stocked for family meals and there is plenty of dining space with a separate eating area and kitchen bar. This two-floor unit has a heated one car attached garage with a 2nd parking space directly outside the garage. If laundry needs arise, there is a washer and dryer within the unit.

The Twin Elk Lodge townhomes are located on the corner of Ski Hill and Park Avenue and within 2 blocks of historic Main Street, Breckenridge.
THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.
PARKING: Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.
COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.

POOLS/HOT TUBS: All private hot tubs are open. Shared pools/hot tubs plan to be open for the winter season, but many require reservations. Due to COVID, shared pools/hot tubs may close due to local and state restrictions
