WARNING: Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. SKI IN - Condo is right across the parking lot on the ground floor as you ski in from the ski run. So easy to come home for lunch.

WALK TO TOWN or take the shuttle that stops right across the street.
What To Be Aware Of
- The HOA is very strict on parking and you will be towed if you park more than 2 cars in the lot.
- The walk is about 2 minutes to get to the lift or you could ski down 4 O'Clock ski run, but you can ski into the complex.
- The Snowflake Lift is older and a little slow, but it beats waiting for the bus.
