Located in the historic downtown district of Breckenridge, this unique vacation residence offers all of the comforts of home in a prime location that is a short walk to the shops, restaurants, and nightlife on Main Street as well as on the complimentary shuttle route to the ski slopes.

Step back in time at the Fleur-de-lis Manor, a Victorian inspired luxury vacation home located right in the historic downtown district of Breckenridge. This gorgeous home’s name means flower of the lily, traditionally used to represent French royalty which the decor and finishes embody. With 2,000 square feet of living space spread over two levels there is plenty of room for up to eight guests to relax and enjoy a memorable Breckenridge vacation.

Designed with an open layout, Fleur-de-lis Manor’s living room is located on the upper level along with the elegant kitchen and stunning dining room area. With hand painted wallpaper and luxurious furnishings, the living room offers stunning scenic views and a cozy gas fireplace. Centered on a flat screen television, the living room provides ample comfortable seating creating an inviting space for entertaining. Guests can access one of the two private outdoor decks through a door located in the living room. Just around the corner sits an opulent kitchen featuring custom appliances that match the Victorian theme. The dining area sits between the kitchen and living room space flanked by windows offering scenic views and tons of natural light.

Fleur-de-lis Manor offers scenic views of the Breckenridge ski area from several vantage points, including two outdoor wooden decks and a heated patio with several sitting areas plus a private hot tub. Hop on the free shuttle and be on the slopes of the Breckenridge Ski Resort in minutes.

There are four lovely guest bedrooms at Fleur-de-lis Manor, each decorated in deluxe furnishings, all of which offer separate sitting areas for added relaxation. One of guest bedrooms is located on the main level outfitted with plush bedding and hand painted wallpaper. The ground level holds three additional bedrooms including an impressive master suite complete with a starlight painted ceiling and Victorian themed finishes. The master’s private bathroom has a regal feel with two Victorian pedestal sinks and a large soaking tub shower.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 12-minute walk to the Peak 9 Base Area or a 1 minute walk to Main Street. The property is a 1-minute walk to the free shuttle route located on the corner of French St. and Washington Ave. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St. 

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
