With the lifts just a short walk away, you'll have easy access to a day of skiing or snowboarding. And if you want to explore further afield, the free shuttle stops just steps away, offering convenient access to other popular destinations around town.

Inside, our condo is the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure. Cozy up by the wood-burning fireplace with HOA-provided wood and catch your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV. Or cook up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room, which seats 4. When it's time to retire for the night, sink into the plush queen-sized bed in the bedroom, complete with its own flat-screen TV.

If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
