PET-FRIENDLY POLICY:
We welcome pets at this property! You're allowed to bring one large dog or two small dogs, but please note that no cats or other pets are permitted. There is a pet fee of $25 per night per pet, which will be assessed after booking. It's important to disclose your pet during the booking process to avoid additional charges. The pet fee covers the extra cleaning required upon departure due to your furry friend's stay but does not include any potential damages.

As responsible pet owners, guests are expected to take care of any damages or stains caused by their pets, including those resulting from chewing, scratching, or accidents. Additionally, guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, and any necessary carpet cleaning costs will be the guest's responsibility. Your cooperation in ensuring a pet-friendly and clean environment is greatly appreciated.

GETTING AROUND:
You're just an 11-minute stroll away from the Breck Connect Gondola and a quick 7-minute walk to Main Street. For added convenience, the property is only a 3-minute walk to the Free Ride bus route, known as the Purple Route, which provides easy access to various town locations, including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, and Main Street. If you're planning to hit the slopes, you can even walk to the Quicksilver chairlift in just 15 minutes.

PARKING: To ensure a hassle-free stay, please adhere to the posted signs and parking allocations in Breckenridge, as parking is strictly enforced. If you require additional parking, the Town of Breckenridge offers paid overnight parking in two designated areas: 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town at the Airport Road satellite parking lot (which also accommodates RVs and trailers).

WARNING:  Please be advised that during the winter season, all driveways and roads may be covered with snow and ice, making it necessary for vehicles to have 4WD or AWD to safely navigate. Please note that we cannot offer refunds for cars that get stuck or require towing. Additionally, some homes may require 4WD or AWD during non-winter months due to uneven surfaces and dirt roads. For more information about your rental, please don't hesitate to contact us.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: During the winter season from September to May 31, the Colorado Traction Law is enforced for all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero. This law requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. It is important to make sure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado, so please speak with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
