Welcome to High Street Hideaway, a charming 3 bedroom 2 bathroom downtown home that is walkable to Main Street and downtown!  The home is a short walk from all the best restaurants, bars and shops in Breckenridge, as well as the Breckenridge Market for any groceries or necessities.  It's also just blocks from Carter Park and top rated biking and hiking access trails for all of the summer and winter activities Breckenridge has to offer, and steps away from a free shuttle bus that will take you to different spots around town as well as the Gondola. There is a modern, well-stocked chef's kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home. The dining room has seating for 8 with 2 more at the kitchen bar. The living room is cozy and has a flat screen TV and opens to a large deck with mountain views and a sleeper sofa. There is a media room where guests can relax at the end of a day enjoying the outdoors. Guests can also use the mud room when they first enter.

There is a king master suite with ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. There is a queen bedroom and a bunk room with a full-over-full bunk bed. Both bedrooms share a 3/4 bath.

PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY:
This property is pet friendly. Guests may bring 1 large dog or two small dogs. No cats or other pets allowed. A pet fee will be assessed after booking totaling $25 per night per pet. Failure to disclose a pet will result in additional charges. The pet fee is used for additional cleaning required on departure and does not cover damaged caused by pets. The guest will be responsible for any damages or stains caused by a pet including damage caused by chewing, scratching, or accidents. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and will be responsible for the cost of carpet cleaning.

GETTING AROUND:
The property is located in downtown Breckenridge. Only a 11 minute walk to the Breck Connect Gondola or about a  7 minute walk to Main St. The property is just a 3 minute walk to the Free Ride bus route located at the corner of Washington Ave and French St. This is the Purple Route and will take you to most places in town including the Breck Connect Gondola, Rec Center, or Main St. Guests can also walk to the Quicksilver chairlift, which is a 15 minute walk.

THE SKYRUN ADVANTAGE: All SkyRun Breckenridge properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING:  4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck.  Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - call for more information about your rental.

COLORADO TRACTION LAW: Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
